- IT Consulting & Development Services
- Training & Placement Programs
- Subscription-based Software Solutions
- Customized Digital Products or Projects
🔁 2. Service Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Consulting & Development Services:
Refunds may be issued only if cancellation is requested within 5 business days of payment and before any significant work has commenced.
- Training Programs:
- No Full refund if canceled 5 days before the start of the course.
- 25% refund if canceled within 3 days of course start.
- No refunds once training has started or for no-shows.
- Software/Subscription Services:
- Refunds for subscription-based services will be considered only if requested within 5 days of purchase and no substantial usage is recorded.
- Custom software or licensed solutions are non-refundable after delivery or license issuance.
- Digital Products & Deliverables:
All digital deliverables (designs, code, documents) are non-refundable once delivered and accepted.

- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Tech Skyline IT Solutions reserves the right to deduct applicable processing fees, taxes, or third-party charges.

- Change of mind after project commencement or course start
